RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- How can I return or exchange a product ordered on BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE-US.COM?

You can return an item purchased from WWW.BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE-US.COM up to seven days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt. The cost of the return is at your expense.
If you wish to return an item you simply need to log-in to your BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE-US.COM account. Then click on “Manage my return” and select whether you would like an exchange or a return.
